The Wachong River originates from Wachong Village, flows through Wachong, Datang, Wen'er, Gulou, Leyong and other villages in Xihe Township, and merges into the Meijiang River on the south side of Leyong. It is 22.16 kilometers long, with a basin area of ??71.5 square kilometers, a natural drop of 680.30 meters, and an average drop of 30.7‰.
