1. Foreign students admitted to Finnish educational institutions need to apply for a long-term residence permit if they have studied in Finland for more than 3 months.

If the applicant needs to take the entrance examination to be admitted to Finnish educational institutions, he must apply for a visa first.

The first application for a long-term residence permit should be submitted at the Finnish Embassy or Consulate General in China (non-China citizens who hold a valid residence permit in China can apply in China).

(1) Complete and signed application form in duplicate, and two recent standard passport photos (bareheaded front with light background, size 47mm× 36mm).
