Apply for temporary work (long-term stay activities) visa
H- 1b is a short-term work visa, which is issued to foreigners who come to the United States to do various professional jobs for American employers approved by the Immigration Bureau. 2. Qualifications
Applicants must be foreigners with "special talents" or "professional knowledge":

3. Visa characteristics
The visa is three years, and the time is long, not multiple round trips, but twice every three months. If it is more than three months, it needs to be re-signed. You can apply for a visa to return in the United States, provided that the last visa expires less than 1 year. H- 1 You can't get a visa in a third country.
H- 1 After the visa expires, it can be extended for 3 years, totaling 6 years. American employers fill in the application form for non-immigrant employees (form I 129, petition for non-immigrant workers) and supplementary form H, and apply to the Immigration Bureau for "employing non-immigrant employees".

You can't change employers immediately after entering the country. You must work for an American employer company sponsored by the applicant. 13. Change the non-immigrant status to American H- 1b in the United States.
If the holder legally enters the United States with other types of non-immigrant visas, he/she needs to change to H- 1b visa status. The first requirement for an applicant is that he has no illegal work record in the United States and is employed by an American employer before the expiration of the I-94 entry and exit record card. Applicants' applications for change of identity and non-immigrant employees' applications should be submitted to the Immigration Bureau by American employers.
