The immigration affairs center of Yiyang reservoir area was established in 2003, upgraded to a department-level institution in 2007, and renamed as Heshan reservoir area immigration affairs center in March 20 19, which is a department-level institution. Yiyang, alias "Yindu", "Lido" and "Hometown of Badminton", is a prefecture-level city in Hunan Province, located on the south bank of Dongting Lake in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, in the north of Hunan Province and at the eastern end of Xuefeng Mountain.
