How do children with divorced parents inherit property?

Legal analysis: When parents divorce, as long as their parents are not dead, their children have no right to inherit the property legally owned by their parents. Only after one parent dies, or all of them die, can inheritance be handled. The death of the deceased depends on whether the deceased has a will to designate an heir. If there is a will, the property legally owned by the deceased shall be inherited according to the will.
