Application procedures for imported workers in Hong Kong

1. Applicants are required to submit the application form and the required supporting documents to the Labour Department.

2. The Labour Department will examine the application form and supporting documents to assess whether the applicant meets the requirements for importation of labour.

3. If the applicant meets the requirements, the Ministry of Labor will issue a "labor visa" or a "work permit" and notify the applicant to work in China and Hongkong.

4. Applicants who travel to China and Hong Kong with "labor visa" or "work permit" must abide by the laws and regulations of China and Hong Kong.
