Organizing the flood control safety management of river courses and water conservancy projects; Organize the implementation of dam safety supervision of reservoirs and hydropower stations; Responsible for the management and protection of river courses, reservoirs, flood discharge areas, flood storage areas, flood detention areas and other waterfront and water conservancy projects; Responsible for river sand mining management; Responsible for the management of construction projects within the scope of water conservancy projects; Guide the city's flood control work; To guide the comprehensive management, development and utilization of water areas, as well as the water supply work of water conservancy tourism, reservoir breeding and water conservancy industry.
