Religious factors and American immigrants

Because the United States is a new capitalist country, and the first British colonists who came to the United States were actually British prisoners, many of whom were religious dissidents (as opposed to British Catholicism). So the fundamental purpose of these people to establish America is freedom and equality. People of any religion will not be discriminated and oppressed by other sects in the United States. Like Jerusalem, it is a religious melting pot.
