Where is Poa canadensis mainly distributed?

Kentucky bluegrass alias: Canadian bluegrass, flatstem bluegrass; Scientific name: Kentucky bluegrass; ; British name: Canada. This species is mainly distributed in Europe, except the northernmost islands, the western and southern Mediterranean, the whole of Europe and Asia (Southwest Asia). Like Poa pratensis, it was brought to North America by early immigrants from Europe. At first, it was widely planted in Canada, and Kentucky bluegrass was also found on the grassland. Later spread to the United States and other countries, hence the name. At present, it is mainly planted in the arid and barren areas of eastern Canada and northeastern United States, producing a large number of commercial seeds. It is also an excellent cultivated forage and lawn grass, and some excellent cultivated varieties have been bred. Poa canadensis cultivated in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, Xinjiang and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in China was introduced from the United States.
