Notarization restrictions on American immigrants

There is a time limit for divorce notarization. If it expires, you should reapply. Besides, your sister has remarried, and the previous divorce notarization has no legal effect.

Birth notarization: provide parents' ID card, my ID card, birth certificate, parents' marriage certificate, parents' and my household registration book. You need three photos, and if you go to America, you need four.

Police notarization (notarized without criminal punishment): my ID card, household registration book and certificate of no criminal punishment issued by the police station.

Marriage notarization: husband and wife ID card, household registration book and marriage certificate. If it is handled by your sister, you should provide a divorce certificate (because it is remarried). Three photos of husband and wife, and four photos are needed to go to America. )
