How do I contact the embassy to request an expedited application if I have not received my passport?

Application for expedited interview

All application materials for expedited interview must be in English.

1. Fill out the online DS-160 non-immigrant visa application form and print out the "Confirmation Page" with a barcode.

Note: After payment is completed, print the receipt number and keep it properly. Once lost, it cannot be replaced. If the receipt number is not provided, the reservation will not be made.

3. Make an appointment for an interview.

Schedule an interview online and choose the earliest available date. Please note that a regular interview time must first be scheduled before you can request an expedited interview date. When scheduling an interview, a message will appear on the screen showing the earliest available date (including expedited interviews). If there is no earlier available interview date, there is no need to request an expedited interview. If you would like to continue requesting an expedited interview, please complete the expedited interview form in English or contact the Appointment Center for assistance. Please be sure to indicate the type of emergency travel you believe would qualify for an expedited interview. After submitting your application, please wait patiently for an email reply from the embassy or consulate general.

6. Collect passport and visa.

If the visa is approved, the passport and visa will be sent to the designated location selected during the interview appointment.
