Apply for settlement in Hong Kong and Macao

One of the husband and wife has settled in Hong Kong or Macao and separated for many years.

Application for husband and wife reunion: Submit marriage certificate, Hong Kong (Macao) resident identity card of spouse who has settled in Hong Kong and Macao, Hong Kong and Macao compatriots' home visit permit or Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permit to and from the Mainland.

Scoring standard of husband and wife reunion

Applicants who are reunited in Hong Kong and Macao for settlement will get 0. 1 point for each day of separation, and the calculation result is the total score.

The time of separation is calculated from the date of marriage; If both husband and wife have not settled in Hong Kong and Macao at the time of marriage, the time of separation shall be counted from the date of departure, and if the materials such as the passport to and from Hong Kong and Macao stamped by the spouse for exit inspection can provide proof of the exact date of departure, otherwise it shall be counted as the date when the Hong Kong (Macao) resident identity card is issued for the first time, and if only the month is filled in, it shall be counted as the current month 1 day.

The applicant must have a legal marriage relationship with Hong Kong and Macao residents; Children under the age of 14 (including 14) who are approved to settle in Hong Kong and Macao can move with them.

Endorsement for visiting relatives (t)

To applicants who apply to visit relatives who have settled, studied or worked in Hong Kong or Macao. There are three kinds of visit endorsements: once every three months, many times every three months, and many times every year/kloc-0. Stay in Hong Kong or Macao for no more than 14 days with a three-month endorsement, and stay in Hong Kong or Macao for no more than 90 days with a three-month multiple endorsement from the date of first entry.

Parents who visit their spouses, children, parents or spouses can issue an endorsement every three months or issue multiple endorsements every three months.

Accepting organ: Exit and Entry Administration Department of Public Security Bureau of the county (district) where the household registration is located.

Submit the identification of relatives in Hong Kong and Macao:

Copy of Hong Kong or Macao resident ID card or certificate of employment and schooling in Hong Kong or Macao to visit relatives.

5. Submit proof of kinship (just submit one of them).

(1) marriage certificate, birth certificate and other documents that can prove kinship (submit copies and originals);

(2) the kinship certificate issued by the personnel department of the unit where the applicant's file is located;

(3) the kinship certificate issued by the police station where the applicant's household registration is located;

To visit relatives who have settled in Hong Kong and Macao, they shall apply for visiting the same relatives in Hong Kong and Macao again within 1 year, and no proof of kinship is required.

6, the applicant's spouse and children meet the following conditions, can be accompanied by the application:

(1) The spouse and children of the applicant shall apply to the exit-entry administration department of the public security together with the applicant. If the applicant fails to submit the application, his spouse and children will not be accepted separately.

(2) The spouse and children of the applicant shall be accepted together only if they belong to the same household registration as the applicant himself.

(3) The applicant's children are under the age of 18.

Issue the same visit endorsement to the spouse and children of the applicant who meet the above conditions.
