Conditions for Australian graduates to apply for a work visa

1. Applicants must apply for a student visa for the first time after 2011.05;

2. Applicants must obtain a bachelor's degree, a master's degree or a doctoral degree from an Australian school;

3. Applicants must continue their studies in Australia for 2 years (92 weeks);

4. Applicants must have studied in Australia for not less than 16 months according to law;

5. The courses taken by the applicant must be taught in English;

6. The courses taken by the applicant must be registered in the Australian Federal Government Overseas Student Admissions Agency and Course Registration (CRICOS);

7. The applicant's English level must reach 6 points in IELTS Band 4;

8. The applicant must submit this visa application within 6 months after obtaining the qualified degree certificate;

9. The applicant must be in Australia when applying for this visa;

10. The applicant must be under 50 years old.

Based on the length of class hours registered on CRICOS, the Immigration Bureau can obtain multiple academic certificates to meet the requirement that the total duration of study should reach 2 years.
