Can I apply for American immigration? Processing flow and time

The steps, processes and time periods of each process of applying for EB-5 investment immigration in the United States are as follows:

(1) Evaluate the establishment of an American company or a "limited partnership company" or a regional investment project for about 2 months;

(2) Submit the I-526 form to the Immigration Bureau, and apply for investment immigration approval for about 3 months;

(3) After the examination and approval by the Immigration Bureau, the applicant's materials will be forwarded to the National Visa Center NVC, and the green card number will be processed. Finally, the US Consulate General in Guangzhou will give the applicant the No.4 file bag, that is, the interview notice, for about 6 months.

(4) Waiting for the face-to-face visa of Guangzhou Consulate General, and getting the visa is about 1 month.
