Can China accept refugees?

Personally, there are many reasons why it is unacceptable. First, for political reasons, many refugees have fled from some countries, and some political problems will cause ethnic conflicts, such as North Korean defectors. Second, because of economic reasons, our country has a large population, and our life has improved a lot at present, but it is ok to raise some refugees, and there will be more refugees after receiving a batch. Thirdly, for the sake of social stability, these refugees must be arranged in a specific area when they come to China, otherwise, unstable factors will arise due to different beliefs, systems and laws. Fourth, there are many other reasons, such as health and employment, which can lead to the spread of diseases and social chaos if not handled well.
