What's the name of Croatia? What's so strange, Tedo?

Croatia originally belonged to Yugoslavia, and later Yugoslavia disintegrated into seven countries: Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo. Apart from the naturalization of some foreigners, most people in these seven countries are unfamiliar for ethnic reasons, which is the same as what comes after the Greek name and what comes after the Polish name.
