How to deal with foreign faithless people?

1. If the person subjected to execution has property in China, he may apply to execute his property in China. 2. If there is no property available for execution in China and the person subjected to execution is not in China, the obligee with a definite judgment may apply to a foreign court for execution of the judgment of the China court, or file a separate lawsuit abroad; If the court in China has an agreement on judicial assistance with the court in that country, the court in China may also apply to the court in that country to enforce the judgment of the court in China. The Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration stipulates that Article 28 foreigners are not allowed to leave the country under any of the following circumstances: (1) If the sentenced person has not completed execution or belongs to the defendant or criminal suspect in a criminal case, the sentenced person shall be transferred according to the relevant agreements signed between China and foreign countries; (2) The people's court decides not to leave the country because of unresolved civil cases; (three) by the decision of the relevant departments of the State Council or the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, people who are in arrears with their labor remuneration shall not leave the country; (4) Other circumstances in which exit from the country is prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
