4. Mix well and centrifuge at 3r/min for 15s.

5. hold the test tube sideways and shake it gently to observe whether the red blood cells are agglutinating.

interpretation of results: first look at the Le control, it should be that the single-number test tubes are agglutinating, and the double-number test tubes are not coagulating; Le control should be agglutination of double-numbered tubes, and single-numbered tubes should not be agglutination. The single-number test tube agglutination of the subject is Le type, and the double-number test tube agglutination is Le type; Both single and double test tubes agglutinate into le; Le-type tubes with no agglutination in both single and double test tubes. If there is a weak reaction, an indirect anti-human globulin test should be done.
