Feng Ru (l883 ~ 19 12) was the first aircraft designer, manufacturer and pilot in China.

Feng Ru is from Enping, Guangdong. My family was poor when I was a child. 12 years old, went to the United States to work as a child laborer. After work, I study technology diligently. With the support of overseas Chinese living in the United States, Guangdong Aircraft Company was established in San Francisco. Puyi Xuan Tong (1909) has been designing and manufacturing airplanes, piloting them by herself and successfully testing them. Later, a new plane was built, and its range, speed and altitude reached the advanced level in the world at that time, and it won an award at the flight competition conference held by the International Flying Association. Three years later, Xuan Tong (19 1 1) refused foreign employment and returned to Guangzhou, bringing back two self-made planes. When the Revolution of 1911 broke out, he joined the Guangdong Revolutionary Army and was appointed as the flight captain of the Guangdong Revolutionary Army by Sun Yat-sen. He died in an air show in Guangzhou on August 25th in the first year of the Republic of China (1912) at the age of 29.
