Four stages of cultural shock

Cultural shock is very common in immigrants, or when ethnic groups with different cultural backgrounds in a society have undergone fundamental changes because of their cultural living environment.

The main reason of cultural shock is that different cultural backgrounds bring different ways of thinking, values and behaviors.

Cultural shock is not a disease, but a learning process, which can also be called a new cultural experience and psychological feeling.
