English is one of the official languages in India, and the locals learn it from childhood, so they are fluent. However, due to the influence of mother tongue, the accent is very strong. However, I have to thank this experience, because after understanding Indian English, other English is not a problem.

However, although the Indian accent is amazing, people are proud of their fluency and expressive ability in English. After all, they have learned it since childhood. Judging from the language test scores, Indian candidates' oral English scores are much higher than those of China candidates. Therefore, accent is really only a part of language ability.

For overseas students, the local teacher's reaction is that China students are introverted and don't like to talk, while Indian students are extroverted and have leadership skills, which is actually related to the strong language ability of Indians.
