Library certification

Our library only certifies notarial certificates certified by the Foreign Affairs Office. There are two ways to send our library for authentication:

(1). The notarial certificate will be sent directly to the library for certification after the relevant foreign affairs office certification. After the library certification is completed, the Foreign Affairs Office will return the certificate to the certificate holder. The certificate holder directly pays the foreign affairs office certificate delivery fee and library certification fee. The processing time (including the transfer time between the Foreign Affairs Office and our library) is about five working days.

(2) The holder personally or in writing entrusts others to come to the consular visa office of our library for certification. No need to make an appointment. Please come every Monday to Friday between 8: 30am and11:30am, but please pay attention to the notice that our library is closed due to holidays or reasons (see our website). Certification usually takes one working day. The handling fee shall be paid in RMB cash, subject to the exchange rate when the certificate is issued.
