Do China people have to pay a fine for giving birth to their third child in the Philippines?

If you have the status of an immigrant from the Philippines (SRRV), you can come back after giving birth to your third child without being fined. Because you have obtained long-term residency abroad, you can apply for overseas Chinese status if you live abroad for one and a half years within two years. So you won't be fined.

Philippine immigrant SRRV is divided into two plans:

The investment funds of the classic plan can all be used to invest in apartments or long-term leased houses and land, with an investment amount of at least 50,000 US dollars. It is equivalent to buying a house.
