Hukou Waterfall

The Yellow River is the mother river of the Chinese nation. The ancient city wall is like a Chu River-Han boundary, which isolates the ancient city from the outside world.

When I stepped into the city gate, I suddenly had the illusion of crossing into ancient times. The whole city is centered on towers. Four streets, eight small streets and seventy-two dragonflies criss-cross, orderly, like turtle back patterns, forming a street pattern extending in all directions. There are 4000 ancient houses and 300 ancient shops, which still retain the shape of Ming and Qing dynasties, antique and endless charm. Pingyao used to be called ancient pottery. The city wall was built in the early Ming Dynasty to prevent foreigners from disturbing the south. Qikou town

Qikou, located in the middle section of Shanxi-Shaanxi Gorge, 50 kilometers south of Linxian County, Shanxi Province, is adjacent to the Yellow River in Luliang Mountain and the famous Mengmen ancient town in the south.
