When you are absolutely over age, you can't come with your parents and ask them to apply for you again (green card unmarried children are scheduled for about 7 years and naturalized after 5 years, and your schedule can be upgraded to citizen unmarried children, which can be faster than 2 years). If you get married, you should wait until they are naturalized before applying for your husband and wife/children's family. It will take another seven years.
