The latest policies for talent introduction in Hong Kong

Hong Kong Talents Program application requirements:

1. Applicants must be 18 years old or above.

2. Have good academic qualifications and financial capabilities, and meet the score requirements of one of the two scoring systems.

3. Have good written and spoken skills in Chinese or English.

Hong Kong Skilled Immigration Conditions:

Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 50 years old when submitting an application under this program.

Financial requirements: Applicants must prove that they can independently afford the life and accommodation of themselves and their dependents (if any) while living in Hong Kong, without relying on public assistance.

Good character: Applicants must not have any criminal record or adverse immigration record, whether in Hong Kong or elsewhere.

Language ability: Applicants must have good written and spoken skills in Chinese or English (oral Chinese refers to Mandarin or Cantonese).

Basic academic qualifications: Applicants must have good academic qualifications. The general requirement is a university degree awarded by a recognized university or higher education institution. In special circumstances, good technical qualifications, demonstrable professional abilities and/or experience and achievements that can be supported by supporting documentation may also be considered.

If the applicant fails to provide satisfactory supporting documents to prove that he meets all the above basic qualifications, his application will be rejected immediately and no further processing will be carried out.
