Brief introduction of kedu town

Kedu Town, a small town at the southern tip of Guizhou Province, belongs to Pingtang County, Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. It is located in the south of Guiyang, the provincial capital, and in the southwest of the county seat. It is a famous old cultural area in Pingtang County. Kedu Town has a long history. It was founded in November of the 28th year of Zhiyuan in Yuan Shizu (129 1). At that time, it was named "The Long Litigation of the Barbarians, the Army and the People in Wenglangkedu". Hongwu for four years (137 1), abandoned the company as a village for six years (1372). Up to now, there are still a large number of wooden tile houses with simple style in the town, which have inherited thousands of years of agricultural objects such as stone mortar, stone mill, water drive, wooden loom and spinning machine, as well as folk song duet (called "jumping on the moon" in history), national festivals and sacrificial culture with thousands of years of history.
