After the mother goes to the United States in the name of marriage, can she bring her 16-year-old child there at the same time?

1. If your mother marries an American and has legal registration procedures, it will be a legal marriage and not "in name"; then when your mother immigrate to the United States, you can legally brought with them as "minor children";

2.
