Biography of Hanibati Shabu

From September 1975 to September 1976, he received re-education in rural Burqin County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

From September 1976 to August 1978, he studied Chinese language and literature in the Chinese Department of Xinjiang University.

Teacher at No. 1 Middle School in Burqin County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from August 1978 to March 1981.

Teacher at the Party School of the Burqin County Committee of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from March 1981 to July 1984 (studied in the teaching class of the Party School of the Autonomous Region Party Committee from March 1982 to July 1982).
