Introduction to Irish Children and Parents Reunion Visa Materials

Visa for children to reunite with their parents

Applicants applying for a visa to reunite with their parents must be unmarried children under the age of 18. Parents in Ireland must have sufficient funds to pay for their children's living expenses and be able to provide a large enough residence.

If you are a citizen of a country that requires a visa and are traveling to Ireland to reunite with your parents, you should submit the following visa application materials:

1. Applicant’s passport

3. Completely filled application form

4. 3 copies of the last 6 months Color passport photo taken

5. Details of parents in Ireland, including:

(1) Copy of all pages of his/her passport

(2) A copy of his/her National Immigration Bureau registration card (GNIBregistrationcard)

(3) A copy of his/her valid work permit

(4) He /A letter from her Irish employer stating her income, including all benefits, length of employment, and whether the employer intends to renew her work permit

6. Parents in Ireland must provide materials stating that they have Sufficient funds to cover the applicant's expenses in Ireland.

Proof materials include:

(1) Bank deposit certificate of parents in Ireland

(2) Copy of the latest P60 (salary, tax payment and salary-related social security Proof)

(3) Copy of the latest payslip

7. Complete information of the applicant’s immediate family members (including parents and siblings)

8. Details of the applicant’s current stay in China

9. Copy of the applicant’s household registration book

10. Notarized certificate of no criminal record

11. One parent/or guardian of a child staying in China must provide a legal consent letter for the child to travel to Ireland
