Therefore, ordinary people can stay on such land and live a self-sufficient life. As long as the country is relatively stable, with no wars or natural disasters, the population will grow naturally. This is very different from the surrounding nomads. Nomadic people have no fixed residence and their population cannot easily grow during the migration process.

2. Integration with other ethnic groups

The lifestyle and culture of the Han people are gradually accepted by ethnic minorities. When the northern ethnic minorities came to the Central Plains, they gradually lived like Han people, accepted Han people's farming methods, began to speak Chinese, and read Han people's books. When they intermarry with the Han people, their descendants will definitely behave like the Han people. Even if they do not intermarry with Han people, their descendants will still miss Han life. Over time, they will also become Han Chinese.

3. Strong continuity

Many ethnic minorities lack continuity. The Xiongnu, Xianbei, and Turks did not stay, and the continuity of these ethnic groups was very weak. Ancient Egypt, ancient Babylon, these countries that once appeared in ancient civilizations disappeared when they were overthrown by foreign invasions. There are also some European countries and ethnic groups, some of which were once glorious and then gradually replaced by later ethnic groups. The continuity of the Han nationality is very strong and has never been broken from ancient times to the present.
