At present, all trains in the railway department need real-name registration system to purchase tickets. For the convenience of the public, the ticket office of the station has set up a railway police business card printing window to handle temporary identification for passengers who cannot produce valid identification documents to purchase tickets.

When handling, one of the following conditions must be met:

1. The local public security organ shall issue the household registration certificate;

2. For passengers with student ID cards, the school shall issue a confirmation letter;

3. Foreign tourists hold a letter of confirmation issued by the local embassy or consulate;

4. Passengers from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan hold letters of certification issued by local public security organs;

5. Passengers who purchase tickets with other valid documents hold the confirmation letter issued by the issuing department;

6. Check the population information system or confirm the identity through examination at the station railway police card-making port (report the ID number).

The contents of the certification letter must include the passenger's name, gender, date of birth, place of origin, valid ID number and other information, and be stamped with the official seal of the certification unit. If a valid identity document is lost after purchasing a ticket, the contents of the letter of proof shall be consistent with the passenger identity information recorded on the ticket face.

The temporary identity certificate handled by the railway police Department of the station can be used for ticket purchase, departure and change, refund, visa transfer, ticket inspection and boarding. The temporary identity certificate is made of paper and is in duplicate, indicating the holder's name, gender, age, ID number and other information. One copy is kept by the police and the other is for passengers. It is valid for one day, free of charge, and only valid when taking a passenger train.
