How many years does it take to study dentistry in England?

In Britain, it usually takes five years to get a bachelor's degree in dentistry. The main subjects are anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathological behavior, oral materials, in addition to learning clinical techniques for treating dental diseases. After graduating from college, you must have one or two years of practical work experience before you can receive guidance and be officially hired as a dentist.
