What's the difference between Shandong people and Northeast people?

Shandong people belong to the Central Plains, and their climate, culture and living environment are basically the same as those of Henan, so their personalities, living habits, dialects and folk customs are basically the same. Shandong people are also very generous, but they are not as open-minded as Northeast people and as simple as Northwest people. There are more minds than the northeast people, and there is no real reality of the northeast people.
