Can reservoir migrants continue to receive subsidies after their death?

First, about the dynamic management of the population directly subsidized by immigrants.

(a) the dynamic management of direct subsidy for immigrants refers to the act of terminating the direct subsidy policy for immigrants approved and registered by the county-level immigration management agencies and entering the scope of direct subsidy policy due to natural changes in immigration status and population.

(three) for immigrants who have enjoyed the direct subsidy policy, if one of the following circumstances occurs during the later support period, their eligibility for direct subsidy policy will be terminated.

1, death of rural migrants;

2. Employed as a national civil servant or promoted to an officer or non-commissioned officer at or above the third level in the army;

3, employed as the staff of organs and state-owned enterprises and institutions;

4. agricultural registered permanent residence becomes a non-agricultural registered permanent residence;

5. College students have not moved back to their original household registration village two years after graduation.

Prisoners do not enjoy direct subsidy funds during their sentences.

(4) Immigrants who have terminated the direct subsidy policy will no longer receive direct subsidies from the year following the termination year.

(five) the population index of direct subsidies to immigrants shall be used by all districts and counties (cities) for 20 years. Reduce the number of people without reducing the indicators and funds. All districts and counties (cities) must ensure that the resettlement funds are earmarked, and the remaining funds are used for project support to solve the production and living problems of local immigrants.

(six) District, county (city) immigration management agencies should establish a unified and standardized immigration files, and before the end of each year 1 year, the dynamic management of immigration in the previous year will be reported to the Municipal Immigration Bureau.

(7) After July, 2006 1, the approved registration of the population supporting the resettlement of large and medium-sized reservoirs shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission on Printing and Distributing the Interim Measures for the Approved Registration of the Population Supporting the Resettlement of Newly Built Large and Medium-sized Reservoirs (No.3718 [2007]).
