List of application materials for skilled immigrants in Canada
I. Identity and citizenship documents
Birth certificate;
Marital status (marriage certificate/unmarried certificate/divorce certificate);
Adoption certificate;
Documents on child custody;
Death certificate, if applicable;
Household registration (hukou) of People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens;
Any dependent child who goes to Canada with the applicant must have a written certificate of no objection from the parents who do not go to Canada with the applicant, and agree that the applicant will take the child out of the country of residence. This certificate needs notarization;
Passport photos provided according to the photo specifications;
Second, education.
All degrees/diplomas obtained and corresponding transcripts;
Professional qualification certificate (such as engineer, computer programmer, accountant, translator/interpreter, architect, doctor, etc.). );
The degree of higher education obtained in China must be submitted to the original degree certification report of the Degree and Postgraduate Development Center of the Ministry of Education;

Identity and education documents of the dependent children (applicable to the dependent children who have reached the age of 22 or above when submitting the application):
Proof of continuous full-time study after reaching the age of 22;
Proof that his parents have continued to support him since he reached the age of 22;
Documents provided by relatives of the applicant in Canada:
Birth certificate of the applicant's relatives;
Landing record of the applicant's relatives (IMM 1000)/ permanent resident visa, permanent resident card or Canadian citizenship card/card;
Proof that the applicant's relatives live in Canada
Employment letter of the applicant's relatives, his/her latest income assessment or tax bill (T4 tax bill), or his/her rental contract/property ownership certificate in Canada;
Third, work experience.
Current and past employment contracts of the applicant;
Resume, or a detailed statement of education and work experience;
The original employment letter issued by the applicant's past and present employers must use company stationery, showing the company's complete address, telephone number and fax number, including area code, and stamped with the official seal;
The exact working hours of the company;
The positions of all applicants during their work and their respective durations;
The main responsibilities of the applicant during each position;
The total annual salary and allowance of the applicant;
Signature of the applicant's direct leader or the company's personnel supervisor;
The business card of the person who signed this letter.

In the past 10 years, if the applicant and/or accompanying spouse or cohabiting partner have worked full-time in Canada for at least one year:
The employment letter and work permit issued by the applicant's former employer must use company stationery, indicate the company's detailed address, telephone number and fax number, and affix the official seal;

6. The police have no criminal record.
All members of the applicant's family 18 years old and above are required to submit a certificate of no criminal record issued by the police. Applicants must state all their places of residence since 18 years old. If the applicant has lived in any country outside China for 6 months or more, he will be required to submit the certificate of no criminal record issued by these countries. Detailed instructions for countries to obtain police certificates of no criminal record. China police have no proof of no criminal record, and will deal with it if required. For countries that have lived outside China for more than six months, if they have no intention to return to China to live, they should start to apply for the police's certificate of no criminal record now, otherwise the processing time will be extended.
