The certificate issued by the police station will indicate your original ID number and household registration address.

4. Go to the local notary office for notarization with the original house property certificate and the identity certificate issued by the police station.

5. With the identity certificate of the police station, your existing identity documents and notarization procedures, you can go to the real estate bureau, banks and other departments to change your personal identity information and change the real estate license.
