2, the application materials submitted

(1) To apply for the reunion of husband and wife, marriage certificate, applicant's resident identity card, household registration book, a copy of Hong Kong and Macao spouse's permanent resident identity card, a copy of Hong Kong and Macao compatriots' home visit certificate, and an invitation letter for the spouse to settle down are required. If you apply for a marriage certificate in Hong Kong, you need to submit the original and photocopy of your spouse's registered items in Hong Kong.

(2) Children born to Hong Kong and Macao permanent residents in the Mainland who apply to settle in Hong Kong and Macao must submit their parents' marriage certificates, copies of Hong Kong and Macao parents' permanent resident identity cards and Hong Kong and Macao compatriots' home visit certificates, resident identity cards of mainland parents, household registration books, birth certificates and household registration books. Children born out of wedlock who have settled in Hong Kong and Macao, who apply to settle in Hong Kong and Macao, must also do paternity test with their biological parents, and submit the court judgment of their parents who have been raised in Hong Kong and Macao, or the notarial certificate and related materials actually raised directly by their parents who have gone to Hong Kong and Macao (whether to do paternity test is decided by the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of the Provincial Public Security Department). (5) Those who apply to go to Hong Kong and Macao to take refuge with relatives of elderly people without support in the Mainland need to submit their resident identity cards, household registration books, supporting materials that can prove that they have no children in the Mainland, as well as copies of the resident identity cards of the trusted people in Hong Kong and Macao, and home visiting cards for compatriots in Hong Kong and Macao (if there are no children or relatives around, they shall be issued by the local police station or the judicial notarization institution).

(six) to apply for going to Hong Kong and Macao to take refuge in adoptive parents, the following documents shall be submitted:

(1) my ID card and household registration book;
