During my work in Hanyuan, I quickly cleared my mind, dared to overcome difficulties, timely issued supporting policies for immigrants, and worked hard to solve problems such as planning and design, capital and building materials, and land improvement, and completed the tasks of storing water in the reservoir area and building a new county as scheduled. In the earthquake relief and post-disaster reconstruction, timely and effectively organize forces to carry out life-and-death rescue, take effective measures to properly resettle the affected people, the post-disaster reconstruction project progressed smoothly, and the county's economy and society developed steadily. In 2007 and 2008, the annual comprehensive target assessment of the county won the special prize of Ya 'an City, and the individual won the honorary title of "National Hero Model of Earthquake Relief".
