In the Ming Dynasty, Huazhou was transferred to Shaanxi and other places to undertake the propaganda of Xi 'an Prefecture. In the early Ming Dynasty, it governed Huayin, Pucheng and Weinan, and in the seventh year of Hongwu (1374), Luonan came to the genus. In the 13th year of Chenghua (1477), it was changed to Luonan Lishangzhou (now Shangxian County), and in the 38th year of Jiajing (1559), it was changed to Weinan Zhili Xi 'an Prefecture. Huazhou is governed by Jinhua County. In the Qing Dynasty, before the third year of Yongzheng (1725), Huazhou belonged to Xi 'an Prefecture of Shaanxi Province; Three years after Yongzheng, Huazhou was promoted to Zhili Prefecture, governing Pucheng, Huayin and Tongguan counties. After the first year of Qianlong (1736), Huazhou no longer led the county, but was reduced to a scattered state, which was under the jurisdiction of the same state government (now Dali County). In the Republic of China, in February of the second year of the Republic of China (1913), Huazhou was changed to Huaxian County and transferred to Guanzhong Road in Shaanxi Province. In the sixteenth year of the Republic of China (1927), the whole country withdrew its roads and transferred to Shaanxi Province. In the 28th year of the Republic of China (1939), it belonged to the Eighth Administrative Inspector's Office of Shaanxi Province (now Dali County). In the 37th year of the Republic of China (1948), the Second Administrative Inspector's Office of Shaanxi Province was established in Huaxian County, covering Huaxian County, Huayin, Tongguan, Weinan, Lintong and Lantian. Since May 1949, it belongs to the Office of the Administrative Inspector of Weinan District of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region Government. In May 195, he was transferred to the Commissioner's Office of Weinan District, Shaanxi Province. In October 1956, the Commissioner's Office was abolished, and Huaxian County was transferred to Shaanxi Province. In January 1959, Hua County merged with Weinan, Huayin and Tongguan, and was called Weinan County. The original Hua County was divided into three people's communes: Huazhou, Gaotang and Jindui. In September 1961, the organizational system of Huaxian County was restored, belonging to the re-established Weinan Commissioner's Office. In 1968, the Revolutionary Committee of Weinan Region was transferred. In 198, it belonged to Weinan District Administration Office.
