3. 1 project supervision organization

3. 1.4 The supervision unit shall notify the construction unit in writing of the organizational form, personnel composition and the appointment of the chief supervision engineer of the project supervision institution within ten days after the signing of the entrusted supervision contract. When the chief supervision engineer needs to be adjusted, the supervision unit shall obtain the consent of the construction unit and notify the construction unit in writing; When the professional supervision engineer needs to adjust, the chief supervision engineer shall notify the construction unit and the contractor in writing.

9. Preside over or participate in the investigation of engineering quality accidents;

10 contract dispute mediation, claim settlement, project delay approval between the construction unit and the contractor;

3.2.3 The representative of the chief supervision engineer shall perform the following duties:

3.2.4 The chief supervision engineer shall not entrust the following work to the representative of the chief supervision engineer:

3.2.5 Professional supervision engineers shall perform the following duties:

3. Organize, guide, inspect and supervise the work of the professional supervisors, and make suggestions to the chief supervision engineer when the personnel need to be adjusted;

4. Review the plans, schemes, applications and changes related to this major submitted by the contractor, and report to the chief supervision engineer;

5. Be responsible for the acceptance of sub-projects and concealed works of this major;

6. Submit the report on the implementation of professional supervision work to the chief supervision engineer on a regular basis, and report and ask for instructions to the chief supervision engineer on major issues in time;

7. According to the implementation of the professional supervision work, record the supervision diary;

8. Be responsible for the collection, summary and arrangement of supervision data of this major, and participate in the preparation of monthly supervision report;

9. Check the original documents, inspection reports and other quality certificates and quality conditions of on-site materials, equipment and components, conduct parallel inspection of on-site materials, equipment and components when deemed necessary according to the actual situation, and sign after passing the inspection;

3.2.6 The supervisor shall perform the following duties:

3. Audit or directly obtain the relevant information of engineering measurement from the construction site and sign the original documents;

4. According to the design drawings and relevant standards, check and record the contractor's technological process or construction process, and record the quality inspection results of processing, production and technological construction;

5. Stand by, point out the problems in time and report to the professional supervision engineer;

6. Keep supervision diary and relevant supervision records.

3.3 Supervision facilities

3.3. 1 The construction unit shall provide the office, transportation, communication and living facilities agreed in the entrusted supervision contract to meet the needs of supervision work. The project supervision institution shall properly keep and use the facilities provided by the construction unit and hand them over to the construction unit after completing the supervision work.

3.3.2 The project supervision institution shall, according to the project category, scale, technical complexity and environmental conditions where the project is located, and in accordance with the provisions of the entrusted supervision contract, be equipped with routine testing equipment and tools that meet the needs of supervision work.

3.3.3 In the supervision of large and medium-sized projects, the project supervision institution shall implement computer-aided management for the supervision work.

4.2.2 The preparation procedure and basis of the detailed rules for supervision implementation shall meet the following requirements:
