7. When buying real estate, the government pays 28,000 euros, and when leasing real estate, the government pays 58,000 euros.

8. An additional €7,500 for each additional adult dependent (other than spouse).

9. Hold qualified real estate for at least 5 years. After 5 years, you need to provide your residential address.

10. Donate €2,000 to a local charitable, cultural, scientific, artistic, sports or animal welfare NGO registered with the Commissioner of Voluntary Organizations.
