At the meeting, I learned that Panxin Village has two natural villages, Orfila and Waipan. The reason for the name of the village is very simple. Pan Xin is composed of Orfila's new words and the words in the outer disk. There are 256 households in the village with a population of 969, and the cultivated land is 3 10 mu. This time, I focused on visiting Pan Shi Ancestral Hall, Fang Ancestral Hall and Village Cultural Auditorium, and had a discussion with the elderly in the village. It aims to deeply understand the history of Panxin Village, carefully sort out, summarize and sublimate it, which will be a great spiritual wealth for us to build a new countryside in the future.

Through visiting, discussing and consulting local chronicles, I have probably clarified Pan Xin's past life: It is said that in the early years of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty, Fang Xiaoru refused to write an imperial edict for Judy, which further angered Judy and killed ten of his families. Because Fang Xiaoru was from Ninghai, Zhejiang, the disaster of genocide had a great impact. Later, surnames such as Zhou, Yang, Jin, Huang, Du, Xu, Chen and Wu moved in one after another or merged in the form of immigrants, and multiplied from generation to generation, constantly changing and growing for 600 years until it developed into today's scale. At present, the pattern of clan surnames in villages is mostly Fang and Pan. According to statistics, Fang is 128, Pan is 79, Chen is 1 1, Zhou is 1 1, and all other surnames are below 10. The villagers' income is increasing day by day and their living standards are constantly improving. With the affluence of the villagers, improving the living environment and building a beautiful home have become the urgent needs of modern villagers. Through years of hard work, the house is taller, the road is wider, and the village is completely new.

? The third visit to Panxin Village mainly focused on the construction of beautiful countryside. The happy home and new community of Waipan Natural Village should be the pride of Pan Xinren, with clean and beautiful houses, supporting infrastructure, beautiful environment and first-class construction standards. ? After visiting the new district, I came to Orfila Natural Village and met Director Zhou Zhongfu by chance. ? The real beginning of beautiful countryside construction in Panxin Village was when the expressway houses were demolished. The coastal expressway just crosses the middle of the village, and 42 villagers' houses need to be demolished. In order not to affect the key projects in this province, the villagers abandoned their small homes and completed the demolition within the specified time, ensuring the barrier-free construction of key projects. In order to resettle these relocated households, the village has set aside 60 mu of land in the southwest of Mouse Mountain, named Happy Home, with unified planning and construction according to the drawings. While the villagers are building houses, the village will simultaneously carry out the supporting construction of infrastructure such as electricity, roads, water supply and drainage, greening and communication to ensure that the villagers have a sense of comfort and happiness when they move in.

? The construction of the new district was successful, and the transformation of the old village was also included in the work schedule of the two committees of the village. Domestic sewage treatment, domestic garbage cleaning, river pond dredging, disorderly building demolition, road greening and other projects have been launched one after another, striving to create a comfortable and livable living environment.
