What groups are digital aborigines and digital immigrants?

Digital natives generally mean that they are faced with a ubiquitous network world as soon as they are born, and they live in an era when the Internet and mobile phones already exist. For them, the internet is their life, and digital survival is their childhood lifestyle. We usually call the students born after 90 s and 00 s digital aborigines.

"digital immigrants" generally refers to those who have to go through an unsmooth and difficult learning process in the face of digital technology and digital culture because they were born earlier. In their lives, the process of digital technology from scratch seems to be that new residents have moved from a "world without Internet and mobile phones" to a "world with Internet and mobile phones". We usually refer to people born in or before 1980s as digital immigrants.

In fact, there is no strict age limit for "digital aborigines" and "digital immigrants", which doesn't mean that you must be a digital aborigine born after 1990s, and vice versa. This is not only related to the personal living environment, mainly because the digital world in which the "digital aborigines" currently live is actually delineated and created by digital immigrants. At the same time, those who think that young people and children usually like technology and use it freely, while old people always find it difficult are not necessarily true.
