2, bidding scope and work content:

Bidding scope: labor subcontracting.

Professional subcontracting construction contents: river dredging, river cleaning, slope protection and retaining wall, comprehensive management of ecological environment, and all labor construction contents included in the drawings. The specific construction scope shall be divided by the project department according to the site conditions. Party A has the right to adjust the contracting scope and work content of Party B at any time according to the actual situation of the project.

Legal basis: Article 7 of the Bidding Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that bidding activities and their parties shall be subject to supervision according to law.

The relevant administrative supervision departments shall supervise the bidding activities according to law, and investigate and deal with illegal acts in bidding activities according to law.

The administrative supervision of bidding activities and the specific functions and powers of relevant departments shall be stipulated by the State Council.
