New rules for visas on arrival in Russia

The Amendment to the Russian Immigration Registration Law for Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons came into effect on July 8, 20 18.

The main revisions are as follows:

If a foreign citizen working in Russia rents a house or lives in his apartment, he must register his residence according to the address of the house and his apartment; If you stay in a hotel, you should handle it according to the hotel address, not according to the address of your work unit. Only under special circumstances, that is, when foreign citizens actually live in their work units, can they apply for residence registration according to the address of their work units.

Three, to further clarify the concept and legal responsibility of the inviting unit.
