Late northern song dynasty. According to related network inquiries, a large number of Fujian people moved to Chaoshan area in the late Northern Song Dynasty. Chaoshan immigrants entered Gannan and western Fujian in two typical periods: the early Qing Dynasty and the Anti-Japanese War. The former was related to the recruitment of Zheng Chenggong's army by the Qing government, and the latter originated from the Chaoshan famine during the Anti-Japanese War.
