Article 1 In order to optimize the land use structure, improve the efficiency of land use and accelerate the pace of new rural construction, these measures are formulated in combination with the actual situation of our county. Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the compensation and resettlement of the demolished houses and their attachments within the village scope of the construction land replacement project area. Article 3 The property owner shall be compensated for the construction area and quantity of the demolished houses and appendages in the construction land replacement project area in accordance with the Notice of the Provincial Communications Department and the Provincial Department of Land and Resources on Adjusting the Compensation Standard for Expressway Construction Land and House Demolition (No.Wan [2007]17). The compensation for the demolition of houses and their appendages shall be calculated according to the following provisions: the compensation for the demolition of houses and their appendages = the demolition standard stipulated in these Measures × the area and quantity of the demolished houses and their appendages × the new rate of the demolished houses (specifically houses). Construction land projects involve electric power, telecommunications and other telephone poles, and the relevant departments are responsible for the demolition, and the demolition costs are the responsibility of the relevant departments, and the towns and villages where they are located actively cooperate. Article 4 The resettlement of relocated households shall be the responsibility of the Township People's Government and the New Rural Construction Office, with centralized resettlement as the main task. According to the overall land use planning or new rural construction planning, combined with the actual situation to determine the location of resettlement sites, in principle, shall not occupy cultivated land. Article 5 When signing a compensation agreement for the demolished house and its appendages, the demolisher and the demolished person shall specify the following main contents: (1) the names of both parties to the demolition; (two) the specific location, building age, construction area and the area and quantity of its appendages of the houses to be demolished; (three) the amount of compensation for the demolition of houses and their attachments; (four) the payment method and time limit for the compensation for the demolition of houses and their attachments; (five) the relocation period of the demolition; (6) Liability for breach of contract; (7) Place and location of resettlement; (eight) other matters agreed by the parties to the demolition. Article 6 The relocated households before the implementation of the Interim Measures for the Replacement of Construction Land in Anhui Province (DecreeNo. 193 of the provincial government) shall not be compensated or resettled.
