People gradually replaced the original town name with bamboo shops, which is the origin of the town name of Zhu Hang. Zhuhang Town has a 2-meter-wide street surface and cobblestone pavement. Xuantong belonged to Jinghua Town in the second year and to the eighth district of Nantong County in the twenty-third year of the Republic of China (1934).
