How to apply for a New Zealand visa?

China citizens need to apply for a visa in advance to go to New Zealand.

New Zealand visas can be divided into visiting visas, student visas, work visas and immigrant visas according to the purpose of the visit.

Tourist visa: it is divided into one-time entry and multiple entry. Tourist visas allow holders to travel to new places, visit relatives and friends, study for a short time, participate in sports competitions and make short-term business visits.

Student visa: China citizens need to apply for a student visa if they want to study for more than three months. The study time is less than 3 months, and you only need to apply for a visit visa.

Application process

The visa applicant determines the new purpose and itinerary;

Log on to the website of New Zealand Visa Application Center, browse relevant visa information, download visa application form and list of materials required for visa application;

Submit a visa application to the relevant visa center and pay the visa fee;

Waiting for the audit results or supplementary information;

After receiving the visa, you should carefully check whether all the information on the visa is correct, especially whether the start and end time and the number of days of stay of the visa are consistent with the application, and whether the personal information such as the name on the visa is spelled correctly. Visa information

1. Entry visa: an entry visa with corresponding validity and stay period issued by the new party according to the requirements of the visa applicant.

2. Transit visa: Travel to Pacific island countries requires a transit visa. You can get a visa if you stay no more than 24 hours and don't leave the airport.
